a perfect riverside escape

easy accessreally good servicelovely balconyon site dining
i found the location provided easy access to nearby attractions i noticed the staff displayed really good service especially arnie and nam i enjoyed the spacious room with a lovely balcony it had great views of the river. i appreciated the on site dining options with great food and reasonable prices
i observed some slight wear and tear in the bathroom the sliding screen did not move smoothly this was a minor issue that didn't greatly affect my stay but it is worth noting for general maintenance

the location offers easy walks from southern cross station. crown casino and restaurants were so close! i received such a warm welcome from the manager and assistant manager, what a treat! elvie helped recover my grandson's ear pod after checkout, i am so thankful for this extra attention, she is a star!
the walk from southern cross station requires you to be very mobile.

the provided coffee was subpar i expect better from a hotel of this standing. furthermore the noise from nearby trains was intrusive disrupting any chance of a peaceful night. soundproofing improvements are necessary. the television remote was missing from the room i had to request one.
